Absolute maximum quality, with even the slightest and most performance-intensive quality improvements included.

Enables all graphical features without making them extremely high quality.

Disables unoptimized features and optimizes the game without making the game look bad.

The maximum performance you can get while enabling a few effects that may give you a slight edge.

The maximum performance you can get without making the game too hard to play because of awful visual quality and glitches.

Maximum performance without caring much about visibility or possible visual glitches.

Negatively affects playability by a lot and disables very essential features like HUD elements in desperation for performance.

Not recommended unless the game has such low performance that it is more of a hinderance than not having HUD elements and good player visibility.
BY DOWNLOADING THIS PRESET YOU UNDERSTAND THAT IT REMOVES HUD ELEMENTS AND REDUCES VISIBILITY. IF YOU DON’T WANT THIS USE LOW, THAT’S THE ONLY DIFFERENCE.

Heads Up!
Installations in privileged folders like Program Files (which is the default Steam library folder) and AppData are not supported.

Please move Steam to a new folder, or use a separate drive for Team Fortress 2.
Alternatively, you may create a new empty folder for mastercomfig to install the files into and then copy this folder into your TF2 folder.

If you do not wish to do either, you can ignore folder selection and download the files manually.

Drop the files in your tf/custom folder and they’ll automatically run.

Create a user folder in your tf/cfg folder and drop the files in there to override mastercomfig with your selected customizations!

Чтобы открыть эту панель надо:
Открываем саму панель

Далее открываем В пункте Параметры 3D — Управление параметрами 3D
Выбираем Программные настройки и выбираем team fortress 2

И ставим такие параметры:
Анизотропная фильтрация — Выкл
Вертикальный синхроимпульс — Выкл
Кэширование шейдеров — Вкл
Потоковая оптимизация — Вкл
Режим управления электропитанием — Предпочтителен режим максимальной производительности
Сглаживание — везде Выкл
Фильтрация текстур анизотропная оптимизация — Вкл
Фильтрация текстур качество — Высокая производительность
Фильтрация текстур Трилинейная оптимизация — Вкл

Если, же вы готовы сами делать конфиг. то тогда читайте:
Первым делом, нам понадобится создать пустой текстовой файл формата .cfg
Создаём пустой текстовой файл
Открываем файл и слева вверху будет раздел файл, открываем его и выбираем сохранить
как, надо выбрать тип файла: все файлы и название: autoexec.cfg
Теперь идём в библиотеку игр, нажимаем правой кнопкой мыши по игре Team Fortress 2 и выбираем свойства, затем открываем вкладку: «установить параметры запуска»
Прописываем эти команды в параметры запуска:

-high это запускает игру с высоким приорететом.
-threads # вместо «#» пишите кол-во ядер вашего процессора, это заставит игру использовать столько ядер, сколько вы поставили.
-novid это пропускает заставку Valve.
-exec autoexec.cfg эта команда будет запускать ваш конфиг при запуске игры, из за чего вам не придётся постоянно писать в консоли exec autoexec.cfg.
-dxlevel 80 эта команда значительно повышает фпс, но у вас не будет блеска от киллстрика и после сворачивания игры она будет не так быстро открываться опять, также у значков уровня в казуале будет серый цвет, независимо от уровня.
-noaafonts это немного ухудшает качество шрифтов.
-nod3d9ex это уменьшает потребление памяти и ускоряет переключение между окнами.

Параметры, для копирования: -high -threads 4 -novid -exec autoexec.cfg -dxlevel 80 — noaafonts -nod3d9ex

Если вам это не очень помогло то вы можете:

1. Переустановить TF2
2. Установить tf2 на SSD если есть такая возможность, это не прибавит вам фпс, но загрузка игры и карт будет быстрее.
3. Установка модов:

No hats mod:
Этот мод убирает шапки из tf2
gamebanana .com/skins/169236 уберите 2 пробела

Ultra low textures mod:
Этот мод убирает некоторые эффекты и ухудшает качество текстур.
gamebanana .com/skins/139234 уберите 2 пробела

Как мы знаем в тф никогда не было оптимизации. Никогда.
После каждого апдейта количество кадров падает все ниже и ниже
В 2015 году я играл на средних настройках в 50-60 фпс
-2017 на минималках 60
-2018 чисто на минималках 25-30 фпс

Ну просто уже пробито дно

Папка с Cfg лежит за путем \Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\cfg- туда ми бросаем наш autoexes.

Примечание. Для роботы части команд нам нужно включить Dx8, и несколько других команд (от dx 8 может стать только хуже, желательно проверить )
Примечание- если пк полное ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ то отключите оверлей — небольшая прибавочка

dxlevel 81 -console -novid -useforcedmparms -noforcemaccel -noforcemspd- этот код нужно прописать в параметры запуска
Заходим в библиотеку стим жмём пкм по тф 2 В открытом меню жмем лкм по «свойства»

«Установить параметры запуска»

В спрочку прописываем наши команды

После установки конфига ваш фпс выростет на 20- 25%
